About this game
Story You are PROT, a little lost robot. Your brilliant designer Cass and the rest of the family are scattered across space and desperately need your assistance. Use your creative skills, wits, and the items you find to construct a space ship and explore the variety of moons in the system. Just don't take too long, as the game updates in real time, and every minute counts! Features A Robot Oddity Utilise the quirky robots and organic inhabitants of the moons to solve challenges and progress. Discover the stories of your family through discarded sketches, notes and messages. Real-time Immersive Space Machines and lifeforms continue moving, processing, growing and eating whether the game is running or not. You can wait patiently or seek out accelerators to speed things along. Keep up to date through emails from Cass and PROT when you're engaged in your "real" life. Life and Death Choices matter in PROT: there is no option to reload or restart a checkpoint. Time marches on inexorably and your family is in mortal danger and relying on you to rescue them. PROT's automatic teleport system will always take him to safety when near death - your family - well they are not so lucky. Materialistic World Everything you collect is recyclable, and can be re-created using a Fabricator. Fabricate new bombs from fragments, convert water into Hydrogen and Oxygen to fuel your ship. Most entities have their own inventory of items which can be acquired - if you know how. Do it Your Way Solve problems with creativity and intelligence, or brute force. Doors can be blown off or the key can be found. Weevils can be whacked in their nest, or captured in other ways . Enemy robots can be destroyed, subverted or evaded.
