- New Sports Car Type: The Low Series - 13 September 2026
Low Series Sports Cars The original sports cars were designed to be easy to drive on all road surfaces, curbs, natural and added jumps. To help convey weight transfer visually, they were also set up to show body roll when turning and pitching when accelerating and braking (squat/dive). 6 new sports cars were added which are lowered as much as possible, with stiffer setups to look more like real GT3 cars (race and street). These cars have much less body movement and offer a very different driving experience. They are also surprisingly stable on the huge curbs and all the jumps, though they require more care on the curbs, and landing huge jumps is trickier. For those looking for visuals and handling closer to GT3 cars, the Low series cars are for you.
- Network and FFB Updates - 19 August 2026
Network: accuracy further improved in preparation for the demo video showing high accuracy at typical pings (30-300ms), and still smooth, jitter-free and stable at super high pings (500-2000ms). FFB: removed some vibration effects to make feel more premium and focused on feedback helpful for understanding what the car is doing.
- New Integrated Help System - 17 August 2026
New help system: prior version used OS browser to display a PDF help file. New version uses an embedded WebView2, providing window placement and control within the game. While ACR is easy to figure out with a configured gamepad, there are many keyboard commands which make the game fun to watch when AI is driving all the cars. For example, always watching the leader, or cycling through various cars to see the race from their point of view. You can also turn on/off various HUD options, including completely turning off the HUD, changing from English to Metric units etc. The full manual can also be viewed from the Steam store, lower right side of page: "View the manual" link (helpful for Steam deck).
