- Ice Cold Neptune - 13 January 2026
Neptune - Cool FuelDear highly skilled Orbiteers! We are exited to show you the last orbit you can conquer in Orbiteers: Neptune!Neptune’s atmosphere has an almost perfect mix of gases for producing rocket fuel. With a bit of ingenuity, any experienced Orbiteer can build an efficient station that converts the atmosphere into atmo-fuel. But be careful: this far from the Sun, only about 0.1% of its energy reaches the planet compared to Earth, so conditions get extremely cold.Atmosphere CollectorOur scientists have developed a major technological breakthrough: the powerful Atmosphere Collector module. By reversing the function of a rocket engine, they've created what is essentially a high-powered vacuum system. It scoops up atmospheric gases and converts them into useful resources. To operate at peak efficiency, the collectors must be kept cool, so be sure to place them far away from your h…

- Dodging Asteroids Around Saturn - 11 November 2025
Saturn - Asteroid MiningHey Orbiteers!Today's destination: Saturn! Did you know that the beautiful rings around it can be as thick as 1 kilometer or as thin as 10 meters in some places? And thats not the only interesting part about it. It is also part of our newest asteroid mining operation.Asteroid MiningOur newest development in asteroid mining technology has allowed us to build a new form of high-tech mining equipment. A specialized and powerful quantum lasers system gives you the opportunity to start large scale ore extraction.Asteroid FlavoursLuckily for us all of our optimized mining outposts are placed in a field of highly concentrated asteroids. They are made of either copper, gold, iron, titanium or uranium, which makes them trivial to mine and good for our wallets, too. Here are a few example asteroids you can expect to find floating around. The Asteroid MinerA high-powered stre…

With only about a third of Earths gravity, building a functional elevator will be easy. The basic framework is already in place, but it still needs something special to reach its full potential. The New CoreThe basic infrastructure is already there, but do you see all that empty space? That's where our newest invention comes in: Replacer Modules™ (Patent Pending)Each Replacer Module™ offers different bonuses that speed up the development of the Martian orbit. Will you install luxurious hotels for daring tourists, auxiliary power units for power efficiency, or large warehouses to fuel industry? You decide how the space elevator develops!Base in a BoxMission Control is shaking things up! You sta…
- Exploring the Moon - 29 July 2025
The Moon - Earth's companionHey Orbiteers!Today we want to show you the second level of Orbiteers: The Moon! The Moon's orbit is home to the remains of the first failed space station. The old station broke apart into several clusters and Mission Control wants us Orbiteers to reintegrate these into a brand new station. This introduces a new mechanic unique to the moon:Station ReclamationThis is just one of the many abandoned clusters that can be found floating around in Lunar orbit. Each cluster has a variety of useful modules that can be recaptured by a skilled Orbiteer. It is unknown if they are dangerous, however. They must remain isolated for the crew's safety. This is where the Moon's special module comes into play: The Isolation Bridge.Isolation Bridge - The Moon's special moduleThe isolation bridge connects our brand new station to the remains of the old station. They ensure that an…

Everyone thats ever lived was born there, but who knows how long that will hold true...Your first stop in conquering our solar system is our home planet: Earth! The big blue marble should be home to a variety of powerful stations producing L.U.N.A. Alloy, but what exactly is this alloy?L.U.N.A. AlloyRecently, L.U.N.A. invented a revolutionary new quantum-metal alloy, and decided to call it after herself. This a…
- Announcing Orbiteers! - 9 May 2025
Welcome to Orbiteers! We're excited to announce our new game set in various orbits across the solar system! Design efficient space stations across the solar system in this minimalist puzzle-builder. Solve unique challenges with help from your assistant L.U.N.A., optimize your builds, maximize your score, and lead humanity’s journey beyond Earth! Will you accept the challenge? Orbits Earth L.U.N.A. has invented a revolutionary new material, and the ideal place to produce it is the vacuum of space. Many ingredients need to be shipped from Earth, making its orbit the best place to set up the factory. Moon The Moon's orbit is home to the remains of the first failed space station. Reclaiming the old station could yield invaluable data on structural decay in orbit. Mars The red planet is humanity’s best hope for a second home. The construction of a space elevator will reduce transport costs a…
