• JUDGMENT HOUR - 9 March 2026

  WHAT IS JUDGMENT HOUR?It's a global event system and we decide when the event happens. Through our actions we influence how close we are to reaching it. We can see in the main menu at all times how close we are. It can be affected by many player actions and behaviors in-game. We can get closer, or further, depending on how we play. WHAT HAPPENS IF WE TRIGGER IT? A special Reaper called The Adjudicator becomes playable, only for an hour. If a player selects the Adjudicator, Residents will face him in a NEW GAME MODE. A lot will change during the match and a lot of what you know about the game goes out the window. Things will also get much scarier. And there will be EXP and Cash bonuses. Once the hour passes, Adjudicator goes away, the system resets and we start from 0. It's not a one time thing. We can trigger it and unlock Adjudicator and the game mode again.   Hello!The next playtest will take place from March 27th until March 31st!It's a public test, anyone can participate so spread the word!If you took part in our last public test you're good to go, all you need to do is re-install the Fear The Reaper Playtest app on Steam. If you haven't gotten access yet, you can go to the game's store page and click the REQUEST ACCESS button. It will start on Halloween night October 31st and the game will be playable until November 4th.To request access to the Playtest go to the game's Store page and click the "Request Access" button. • Fear The Reaper Beta Phase Begins Now! - 8 July 2025

  I'm happy to announce that we're officially entering BETA PHASE. From now on, we will be regularly testing the game with the community, with the goal of improving it and making sure that it's as balanced as it can be and the technical quality is up to a high standard. As we go, each beta test will open up to more and more players, culminating in at least one big open test. But to get there, I will need your help. Let's try and make a game we can all enjoy for years to come. This step is about making sure that the foundation is rock solid.The first test will take place on Friday, July 18th.This first test is Founder only.
