In the NHVC many factions want to see power in Vidor flow their way, but with one of the factions now trying to cripple the power grid of New-Hex Vidor, the repulsor field will be compromised. The city is at full attention now, Titus floating in an asteroid belt, means if the repulsor field ever goes offline - the city will not survive the bombardment.
