• Update Notes (September 2025) - 9 September 2025

  Apologies for leaving this for so long, but times have been rough. I have hopefully some of the major issues: Customers not leaving after being served. Not being able to stop interactions with the cat bed. Revenue not showing full amount at end of day. (Was only showing tips) Length of day is now 100 seconds rather than 60. Added ability to leave minigames via button on top right (or RB on controller). Fix for some books being transparent on shelves.

• Books Upon Books is now released on Steam! - 5 April 2025

  Hello all, Books Upon Books is finally released. After a delay due to life getting in the way, our bookshop simulator is now here and ready for you to play and save. Progress through the ratings and build the biggest and best bookshop. I hope to be able to come back and add more updates to the game in future, if I find the time and there is the audience for it.   ### Build - 2024/11/16 - 0.3.1 - Added new minigame for serving customers. * Drag the sale stamp to the highlighted location if the customer has no library card, or it is expired. * If the customer has a library card that is in date, use the loan stamp. - Small alterations for some translated text and text scaling on Main Menu.

  It's been a few months, sorry! I started a new job training to be a teacher a couple of months ago so I've been very busy; but hopefully I can get better with the time management from here on, fingers crossed. - This update is just a small update again with a menu refresh.
