  Revert to the original more standard card-game layout with the player in the left side and enemy on the right side, on the same horizontal line.Move the reel (the most important element) to the middle of the screen again, and the stage preview to the right of the screen.This is a bit different from the original view since the shop are omitted and is now just part of the reel, so there are more screen estate (which I use for nothing)Remove the Wife-shop button, I feel it's there to just cause confusion, you should use the shop under the reel, it's clearer.

• Stack of cards, re-roll button, and multiple high-score board - 16 April 2025

  + Adjust the background of the bonus-stage so it looks better. (see the cover of this post) + On the bonus-stage, use the cooler model for the main character because it's more epic. + Add a re-roll button to the Initial spell picking panel. Note that this button will only appear after you second round after finishing the first stage boss. The 6 starting spells will be re-roll until you are happy with your choice. I noticed that some players just exit to the main-menu, and then re-enter the game to re-roll the starting spells anyway, so I make it so it saves you some times. + There are now separated high-score board based on the difficulty you choose. So, for now, there are 3 highscore board for you to choose. 1 for HELL, 1 for PURGATORY and 1 for EARTH. • Character selection redesign, new ascension level, and balance change. - 8 April 2025

  Balance change: + Magic sword buff: Mana-scale increase from 100% to 200%. This means that the power of this spell (damage dealt) increase by 2 for every 1 mana cost. + Magic-healing sword buff: Mana scale increase from 66% to 200%. This means that this sword will attack and HEAL for a lot more damage and healing now. + Magic axe buff: Mana-scale increase from 75% to 150%. This means that the power of this spell (damage dealt) increase by 1.5 for every 1 mana cost. + Ascension 1 (HELL), heal to full at the end of the stage. Increase from 50%. + Add new ascension mode: EARTH - This will take place of the PURGATORY Ascension (3rd ascension). + Purgatory ascension now effect as below: 1. • Layout redesign. It looks so pretty! - 6 April 2025

  The old design looks alright. I just slowly build it up from the scratch, drawing various inspiration from slot-machine game, as well as many popular deck-builder games. This looks fine on its own, however, there are few problem with this. 1. Size of the buttons are just too big, which I heard many people say that it has this mobile vibe. 2. While the slot-machine is right in the middle, which is quite standard for slot-game, I don't think it's really helpful in this game, since the slot, while important, only is a part of the game. Most important is how you use your cards and utilize your shops, and how to save your cards. 3. Because the shop is its own separate tabs from the slot-machine, it's quite unclear for first time-player how the shop is related to the reel, as well as which shop position goes to which reel.   Hi all, After having the DEMO out for 10 days now, and seeing so many player struggle with the game, and quit early, I decided that changes are needed to help new players easing into the game a lot easier. Hopefully these changes will improve this awesome DEMO median play-time too. It was 3 minutes after a few days of release. After the releasing of the tutorial, it's 7 minutes now, which I say the tutorial from the last patch has done it job nicely, but still, I spend a lot of time thinking about the final boss, and the bonus stage, and less than 10% of the players have seen it, so I just want more people to know about it and experience the awesomeness of the final boss.   Hi guys, It's been a week since I have released the Free-demo of RnGesus Slayer. I received a lots of plays, helpful feedbacks, and especially, one player actually did the impossible, of defeating the RnGesus, the final boss that I put there just to collect your high-score, as a way of testing how strong your deck is, Anyway, I noticed that a lot of player just quit right after starting the game, just before the fun part, and while I can't understand everyone, I though it probably might due to not knowing what is going on because the game is a little bit too complex, so I decided to add an interactive short tutorial of just 2 minutes, that will introduce you to all the mechanic in the game, such as how to use cards, how to use the wife-shop and how to use the spell system.
