- Farming & Dynamic Weather Arrive in the Next Major Frontier Legends Update! - 17 July 2026
With our next major update just around the corner, we're excited to share a closer look at one of the biggest additions coming to Frontier Legends the first phase of our brand-new Farming System. Phase 1 FarmingPlayers will soon be able to raise both pigs and cattle on their land claims. To get started, you'll purchase male and female livestock contracts from merchants and place them in the appropriate farm structures.Once placed, your livestock will produce baby pigs and baby calves, which will gradually grow into adults. Managing your herd becomes an important part of your ranch, as breeding allows your farm to expand naturally over time. Keep a bull together with female cows, and they'll continue producing calves that can grow into the next generation of livestock.Animals will also become valuable resources for your settlement. Players can:Harvest meat and other resources from livest…
- Hotfix Update EA 2.6.8 - Server Stability - 9 July 2026
This hotfix focuses on improving multiplayer stability, dedicated server reliability, and introducing a major overhaul to the crafting and building systems.Because of the extensive changes made in this update, existing save games are no longer compatible and a fresh game is required. Old saves will not function correctly after updating. To ensure everyone starts on an even playing field, all official dedicated servers have also been wiped and restarted.Crafting & Building OverhaulWe've completely reworked the crafting system.Instead of large crafting huts, crafting has now been split into individual crafting stations. You can build each station separately and place them wherever you like inside your home, giving you much more freedom when designing your base. We've also made improvements to the modular building system to make construction smoother and snapping more reliable, especially wh…

Many players expressed interest in having the freedom to build anywhere in the world rather than being restricted to specific Farm Plot locations. Because of this, we're making significant changes to how claims work.We are aiming to release this update over the weekend. With the new system, players will be able to place a Campsite and stake their claim almost anywhere in the world. The existing fixed Farm Plot locations will be removed. Instead, players will be able to expand their Campsite claim multiple times, creating larger settlements and building any av…

As we continue working toward the upcoming demo release of Frontier Legends, our team has been carefully reviewing all the feedback we’ve received from the community. One area that stood out was the need to further refine our animations so we’ve gone back to the fundamentals, starting with weapon handling. We are currently overhauling the reload animations across all firearm types to deliver a more immersive and authentic Wild West experience. Each weapon will feature its own unique animation set, both on the character and the weapon itself, ensuring every interaction feels grounded and distinct. On the gameplay side, we’ve implemented Phase 1 of our Bounty System. Stealing items within towns will now increase your bounty locally, assigning a cash value to your capture. This creates dynamic consequences, as other players or even the town sheriff may attempt to collect that reward. In addit…
