• Beach Cart sales rework and added Employee overtime - 25 December 2025

  Beach Cart sales rework and added Employee overtime. Sales at the Beach Cart may slow down depending on your stock, Time of Day, and Employee Level but sales should not stop all together unless you run out of stocked goods. Also added overtime for Employees that have worked more than 8 hours per day this will be reset at 8:00 in the morning.

• 10/7/25 Update! - 7 October 2025

  Here is a New Update, Bringing a new look. To see the whole new look you will want to declare Bankrupt so you can see when you rent a vehicle or Rent the House. If you do not go Bankrupt you may have up the windows to rent the car and truck, return them before renting or you will be double paying for them. There is now a list of things to do in the cell phone and more will be added in the future. Give it a try and let us know what you think between the old look and the new one. Thanks for playing!

• Aug. Small Update - 9 August 2024

  Here are the fixes we have done: Mouse issues when saving and returning has been fixed. The Rentable house was not saving when you quit the game. (you must start over by claiming Bankruptcy to clear any rental agreements that you may acquired by renting the house). Fixed the dollar signs. Fuel price will now change with the economy. Steam Achievements now have been added and are working. Added the keys you use to play the game to the help info. Cell Phone has been added by pushing (P) right now there is not much use but, there will be additions to this feature that will allow you to purchase buildings and invest in the stock market of other players also View players contracts that other players post. We also have expanded map and getting ready to build on to the city and create new areas such as mining and forest production.
