• Demo : Finished ! - 11 February 2025

  All planned work for the demo has been done (plus a few extra additions :) ). I am now working on adding content & online features for the full game. I may be pushing updates for bugfixes and QoL improvements, but new content will be kept secret until release. Changelog: Added the missing map during the last quest, where you meet Bonnie the translator. Added Environmental Weapons. They can be used by any character while standing on the weapon's tile. Added Wounds. When one of your character is defeated in battle, they receive a random wound that will penalize them until the end of the quest. For example, they might take one damage every time they move. Added missing animations for the rat. Added gifs to show what a weapon does when hovering it. • Demo: No more AI placeholders! - 5 January 2025

  All characters now have their final arts and models. We used to have a few AI placeholders here and there, but those are now gone for good! It was a lot of work but we are getting close to the finished, polished demo. Here is the current state of the roadmap: ✔️ Make the World Map. ✔️ Make the final character portraits & update the character 3D models accordingly. ⚒️ Add a few quests to introduce the main story and add more content. The last remaining levels are being worked on will be added soon.

• Demo: QoL Update - 29 October 2024

  Some animation bugs have been added in the last update that had to be fixed. In addition, I improved the display of character's skill. It's now much easier to quickly check what skills a character has in battle. Changelog: Fixed a bug that made the attack animation to sometimes play two times in a row. Added 1 shield to Raniac's quest (it's slightly easier now). Right mouse button now unselects a character. Fixed an issue that made the characters sometimes look at a different direction at the end of cutscenes. Fixed an issue that made the displayed duration of a map incorrect before the fight begins. Improved the look of the character's skills bar Added skill icons above health bars Added Raniac's portrait Prevented recruitable characters to spawn until you have enough coins to recruit them

• Demo: Character Rework Update - 30 September 2024

  New character portraits are here to replace the AI placeholders! This lead to a rework of the character models to match the new portraits, and add way more details. For now, only the playable characters are using the reworked character visuals, but we will be extending this to all characters in a near future. In addition, we added a new quest for about 30min of new content! This quest is still work in progress, but it already introduce you to the beginning of the main story line. Our road map looks a bit awkward, as we added half of element 2 and element 3. In the near future, we will thus finish and polish the character and the new quest, to complete the demo: ✔️ Make the World Map. ⚒️ Make the final character portraits & update the character 3D models accordingly (they are going to look amazing!). ⚒️ Add a few quests to introduce the main story and add more content.

• Demo: World Map Update - 29 August 2024

  The new world map is here! Until then the game used an AI generated image as a placeholder. The map is semi 3D to add a feeling of depth and make it feels more alive. I also painted new icons, and added sound effects. It now has dense clouds all around it to hide content that will be revealed in the full game. It's the first of the 3 major updates to be done on this demo (after that not much will change until the release of the full game): ✔️ Make the World Map. Make the final character portraits & update the character 3D models accordingly (they are going to look amazing!). Add a few quests to introduce the main story and add more content.
