- Sep 19 - Menu hotfix - 19 September 2026
- Fixed an issue with the menu where you're able to walk around with it still open by pressing certain buttons, bug was caused by fixing a different bug. I love when that happens.
- Jump Slash Updated - 19 September 2026
Try it out! Lief's new jump slash works with any sword level. Since it's a powerful maneuver, it requires 1 magic to use, just like Lief's tools.Also, a free content update is coming soon. I've been working on finishing a dungeon that was originally cut. It'll be added as an optional side dungeon with a powerful buff granted upon completion. More useful on a new playthrough or mid-playthrough, so if you've already finished the game you can play the dungeon for funsies.

- Destroying rocks, pots, mushrooms, etc with an upgraded sword now has the possibility of dropping hearts. Forgot to add that. - Plus a handful of minor bug fixes.

- Gated being able to build the Windmill to until it’s required for Zelen’s quest so that you don’t build it in the wrong spot before it’s needed. - Upgraded swords can now cut down mushrooms, pots, rocks, etc -- anything you can throw - Added some additional hint dialogues here and there. - Increased jump distance a smidge. - Fixed some typos. - Fixed some minor bugs.

- Added some signposts pointing toward already-exising shortcuts in Twilit Thicket that players may have missed. They take you back to Verdant Valley, allowing you to skip the maze-like "lost woods" portion of Twilit Thicket after you've already gone through it. - Cleared enemies from a platform-y cave sequence that made it a little too hard. - Fixed a bug in Dungeon 5 where red lights would randomly be spawned on walls without a minecart - Fixed a dungeon map error in Dungeon 5 Also to note: I'm aware that muting the BGM in settings and then re-opening causes the BGM to unmute, and am looking into why that happens.

- Update: Warp Points - 10 September 2026
Added a number of new warp points in the overworld that should be useful before obtaining fast travel. There was already one warp point that I made easier to find too. Removed pots concealing the warp points that connect the two potion shops. Activate first in Melancholy Meadow. I feel like most players were missing this. It takes you from the far left side of the map all the way to the right side. Upper City Scorchwind Sands. Added a warp point activated in Upper City, next to the Library, that sends you to Scorchwind Sands and vice versa. Miremarked Mesa (west) Miremarked Mesa (east). Activated in the west, one screen above the Bug House, sends you to the screen all the way to the east where Twigs is, and vice versa. Additionally, removed some of the enemies from the rafting sequence to make it a little easier to backtrack.

- Steam Deck Compatibility - 1 September 2026
Isle of Reveries is fully compatible on Steam Deck with a native Linux version. Valve reviews games for Steam Deck only when there's enough interest from players, so hopefully they'll take a look at it not too long after release!UPDATE: Isle of Reveries is now Steam Deck VERIFIED!
