Balance: - Reduced Gorath's Stun radius. - Significantly increased Atlas' Attack Speed. - Reworked Atlas Out Of Mana event: If Atlas depletes all of his Mana, he will now become invincible for 3 seconds and refill his Mana bar. - Increased Sera's Primary projectile and attack speed. Fixes: - Fixed issues where targeting abilities couldn't be used on clients in certain situations. - Fixed an issue where multiple instances of a sound would play at the same time. - Fixed Lyra's decoy not moving correctly on the map "Tokyo".
