You used medicine and therapy to convince her that the witch burning she witnessed as a child wasn't a curse, but a manifestation of a broken mind. Somewhere along the way, you fell in love and got married, believing the past was buried. You were wrong. She has vanished, leaving only a note saying she must return to her cursed childhood village. She begged you not to follow. But as a man of science, you step into the nightmare to bring her home. The evil forest surrounding the village claims its victims through a dark, hypnotic lullaby. Those who succumb walk into the trees and never return. Because your mind is fiercely grounded in clinical rationality, you are immune to the song's psychological grip.
