Hello everyone!We have not one, not two, not three, but four great pieces of news for you today.Main Branch UpdateFirst, the QoL update and achievements are now released on the main branch of the game!Now you can enjoy the game, polished for modern devices and systems, including the Steam Deck! And get a ton of new achievements while you are at it.Although, a quick PSA is required: Armored Princess is an old game, and adding achievements required a bit of technical magic. The game reads your save files to check whether achievement requirements have already been met, so loading an old save may cause some achievements to unlock immediately. For the best experience, we recommend starting a fresh campaign. And if you are a full-time “only classic game” enjoyer, you can always go and experience the original version too. Hello everyone!Today we are making another step toward the full update for Armored Princess. This time, we are adding achievements on a Beta Branch.All in all, there are 74 of them. Yep, that many.Some of them are quite similar to the ones we’ve added to The Legend, although modified in terms of numbers to better fit the Armored Princess campaign.But a good chunk of them are totally unique and custom-made for Princess, like the achievements for different outcomes of your interactions with Vlad Veget or Lady Magnet.Right now, some of them may not work as intended, so if you find any of those pesky bugs, report them to us in the comments - it will be a great help.And if you want to see how the final update will look in the future, try King’s Bounty: The Legend. Hello everyone! Some of you already know about this, but lately we’ve been making updates to King`s Bounty: The Legend. And it so happens that because of how similar those games are, we are able to release the same QoL updates to Armored Princess too!For now, they will be kept in a beta branch of the game, so we can test them thoroughly before releasing them to the wider public. To access the Open Beta branch, head to your Steam Library, right-click King's Bounty: Armored Princess, left-click Properties, left-click Game Versions & Betas and from the drop-down menu select the option "update_beta". Your Steam client will then download the Update. As for the changes, here is a full list: Removed black side bars when playing in 16:9 resolutions.
