• Happy Easter! - 10 April 2017

  This month a special event is happening in our beloved viking village. The Easter bunny came to town, and he has unique gear and upgrades for sale. But of course the only currency he accepts is easter eggs. Time for an easter egg hunt! Happy egg hunting, and Happy Easter from us at Slick Entertainment!

  I almost can’t believe it: Slick Entertainment is a decade old! In the last 10 years we’ve made a bunch of great games, and I am super proud of what we’ve achieved with our small team: 4 fun games, custom C++ engine on 6 different platforms, 3 games feature online multiplayer, all hand-drawn art for the last 2 games. That’s a lot of stuff! At the same time running Slick has been a huge roller coaster of emotions. Every emotion in the Robert Plutchik’s list of emotions has been present in one way or another. There have been a lot of ups and downs, and after a decade of dealing with all the intricacies of running a business, we've decided to just concentrate on the fun part: making the games. That’s why we’ve made the decision to join the successful world-class studio, Klei Entertainment.   Oh no, the Draugr are ruining Christmas! You will find a special event active on the world map between December 22nd and January 1st.   Hello fellow vikings, Today we have a fun update for the holidays! Along with some fixes, we are introducing a system called World Events. These add a little bit of variety in the way you choose to level up your characters! New players going through the game for the first time will have more options when going back to level up in previous levels. While veteran players will find a few new options when taking on hard mode. We hope you enjoy the update! World Events have been added to the world map. These events place unique treasures or NPC's on levels you have beaten. Active events change every time you leave the village so choose wisely. Stat Gems have been added to the game. Stat gems are sold by a new black market NPC and increase a players stats by a small amount for each one collected. Players can also earn stat gems through other means, so stay on the lookout for them! Several holi…

Fix for network issue where in rare circumstances clients would not see each other Fix for crash when loading corrupted save games Tuned enemies and encounters throughout game based on user feedback Balancing and behavior tweaks to Loki boss fight Adjusted hit boxes on viking air-x attacks to be more forgiving Added hints to the squad defeated screen Various minor collision fixes to objects throughout the game

  Hello fellow vikings, we have a new patch including several requested features and bug fixes! In this update we've added an in game combo list, mouse support to menu screens and balanced a few things based on your feedback. Also stay tuned for some more exciting features in the next few weeks. Thanks for playing and keep on pillaging! Added combo list to control menu Added Mouse support for menus Increased luck on goggles Tuned Yeti's multi punch attack so it's snapper and more consistent in its timing Fixed small area where players could fall and get stuck on goat island Better crash log reporting Fixed low chance crash in the hit detection system

  Hi everybody, The game we've worked hard on the last three years is finally available! It's still the good old brawler you may have played at PSX or PAX, but we've tightened up the controls, improved the visuals, and it now has online as well as local play. In other words, it's the best co-op brawler we could possibly make!
