Utility System like cities in general which require water, electricity, sewage and security system, in this game you can build and upgrade these facilities to the highest level. you can build a mega water dam or a nuclear fusion power plant with the help of research from scientists in your city. also you can build some school and university to increase your satisfy rate of citizen. 2. Economy System Adopting a real economic system, this game also uses a taxation system and commodity exports as the main keys to generating financial income for your city. You can adjust the tax rate to make more money but in return reduce the rate of population growth in your city. You can set residential, industrial or commercial zones to maximize your city's economy. Also you can get some rare treasures if you are lucky.
