Short description
Burntime is a remaster and expansion of Max Design's post-apocalyptic strategy game 'Burntime' from 1993. It includes improvements like doubled resolution and wide screen support.
About this game
Pollution and climate change made food and water scarce. Travel between ruined settlements, scavenge supplies, buy and sell goods, and recruit people to join you. Establish camps and compete with rival leaders for control of the five cities. Features Original or Extended: Stay close to the original 1993 game, or play with extended content and mechanics. Remastered Visuals: Play with upscaled graphics and widescreen support. Classic Presentation: Switch to the original graphics and choose the DOS or Amiga soundtrack. Modern Controls: Use mouse, keyboard-only, or gamepad controls. About the Development This remaster was created by a longtime fan with permission from the original developers at Max Design. Its code was written from scratch while retaining the original game's graphics and sounds. Bug reports and improvement suggestions are welcome on GitHub.
