Short description
A 2D platformer in the vein of Super Mario World, Megaman, and Sonic, play as Roid Chimp, a personification of our collective rage at a terrible system. Run, climb, and punch your way through a world to explore, filled with books that increase both regular stats and elemental upgrades.
About this game
A hand-drawn 2D metroidvania focused on fast movement, double and triple jumps, and the freedom to climb any vertical surface, including enemies to punch them in the face. Embark on a journey to punch people I hate, those responsible for the hellscape we live in. Collect coins, increase your stats, and combine elemental upgrades to become unstoppable as your freeze, burn, poison, and electrocute your enemies. Game Features Classic side-scrolling action, with modern trimmings. Tight, responsible 2D controls. Dodge, jump, climb, slide, and punch your way through a multitude of different enemies and traps! Double, triple, and quadruple jump as you increase your jump stamina! Discover your own path! Explore the world for secrets that contain more bosses and extra upgrades! Evolve and become powerful with elemental upgrades to your punch, that you can both upgrade and combine together. Freeze, poison, and strike your enemies with lightning. Collect coins that explode from their bodies to upgrade your stats. Punch harder, burn hotter, shield stronger. A massive cast of enemies and bosses, brought to life with traditional 2D frame by frame animation.
