Navigate between battles, merchants, and twisted dilemmas. Collect permanent buffs and artifacts to challenge the cult's hero. Runes Are Your Engine Spend runes to play cards. Chain tiles, poison enemies, sacrifice health for devastating attacks. Each monster has multiple runes per turn - use them for brutal combos.
