Here’s how it works: - You’ll receive 5 “candidate” cards—real historic U.S. political figures, each with their own unique attributes: Experience, Influence, Policy, and Name Recognition. - You’ll also get 15 “policy” cards—representing key issues from across U.S. history. - Your goal: Mix and match 1 candidate and 2 policies that fit together and best appeal to the electorate of that specific election year. Strategic Gameplay: Each election presents a unique challenge, with varying voter priorities influencing the outcome. The key to victory is adapting your strategy to fit each election’s specific needs. Some years may prioritize a candidate’s Experience, while others could be swayed by Policy or Influence. You can also maximize your chances of success by matching policies with a candidate’s ideology, playing a candidate’s special marquee policy for added impact, and leveraging home-state advantages to win over voters in critical swing regions.
