- Name Your Favorite Scenario - 18 July 2025
Greetings, adventurers! We're hard at work on Dragon Ruins II: Aftermath, a standalone expansion with a new campaign and a handful of new and experimental features to try out ideas that didn't quite fit the base Dragon Ruins II.As we're moving closer towards launching the Steam page and moving into the latter stages of the development, we've noticed that a few players enjoyed the bonus NG+ scenario in DR2, which was based on the first map from Demon Lord Reincarnation. Therefore, we are considering including a fan favorite scenario from Dragon Ruins II as a bonus. If you have one, please name it in the comments below. We'll make a decision based on comments received until August 1, 2025.Thank you.

- 2024 in Review and Future Plans - 9 April 2025
Hi everyone, 2024 was a transformative year for the studio, as we finally achieved relative stability and adequate resources to expand the scope of our projects and develop them at a healthy pace. Thank you for supporting us through this journey and the growing pains. I'd like to share my thoughts about our releases in 2024, as well as games the studio contributed to, and plans for 2025. Dragon Ruins As a long-time fan of David Allen's work (Mordor, Demise), I was surprised that no one created a successor to his games, so I decided to do it myself. Dragon Ruins started as a jam game to test the core gameplay and then reworked into an enhanced commercial version to test the waters. It became a hit for us and showed we weren't alone in wanting another game like this. We released a follow-up in January 2025, which also sold very well. https://store.steampowered.com/app/2929540/Dragon_Ruins…
- Future Plans - 1 April 2025
Hey, brave adventurers! Dragon Ruins II surpassed our expectations in terms of sales and reception. The console release is in talks right now, and it will take a while, so please be patient. That said, we'd like to thank you for your support. We wouldn't have achieved all this without you. What's Next? While Dragon Ruins III is planned and we made some initial design work on it, it'll take a while before it enters development, as we don't like to work on two similar projects back-to-back. We're taking it slow for now, going through our internal TODO list, and considering our options, as we have quite a few game concepts lying around, waiting to be realized. However, we're not done with Dragon Ruins II yet. As you might remember, we considered releasing Scenario Disks as DLC for the base game to provide new scenarios and expand the game world. After some consideration, we've decided to c…

- Dragon Ruins II is out now! - 21 January 2025
Hi everyone, Dragon Ruins II is out now, and we’d like to thank you for leaving reviews, reporting bugs, and feedback. This game is one of our biggest releases and a massive leap compared to the original, so your support has been rewarding and helped us deal with growing pains. We want to take a moment to answer a few questions about our plans. Localization We're currently working on localizing the game into Japanese. There's no concrete date when it'll be available, but you won't have to wait too long. There are no plans to localize the game to other languages. Console Versions While we released some of our past games on the PlayStation a few months after the initial PC release, we’re still looking for a new console publisher, and as of now, we have no news on that front. Future Plans There were a few questions about content updates, so we'd like to clarify something: Dragon Ruins II i…
