  Two years ago I started building Typing Stars because I wanted my son to have a distraction free, ad-free way to learn how to type. Everything that came up on Google was filled with ads and a lot of noise. It slowly morphed from a simple proof of concept into something that I wanted to build a world and story around, add more mini games and eventually use this as a project to release my first game on Steam. I hope everyone who has a chance to play the game during Next Fest has enjoyed the vibe, but I have to say watching him play it recently has been my biggest motivation to get through the finish line.
