- š“ How the hell did we get here? - 18 July 2025
Hey adventurers, welcome back.In our game, you play as a cynical mailman suddenly stuck in a tropical archipelago. And we know what you're thinking:How the hell did he get there?Weāre glad you asked, because honestly, weāre still figuring that out too. But letās start from the beginning: this guy.A game developer in a small Tuscan hill town. Not exactly seaside, but you can almost smell the salt air if the windās right. So, Itās 2020. Lockdown. Existential-crisis-oāclock. Heās replaying Monkey Island (again), and just as dawn breaks, fog rolls into the valley. Only the hilltops remain visible and They look like islands. (Obvious, right?)And just like that, a new idea was born: A game. A world. An archipelago. An adventure.šŗļø Building a world from scratchFast forward a few years (yes, years) and here we are: building an entire archipelago, one scene at a time. Every background drawn byā¦

- Welcome to Tango Rio DevLog #0 - 2 May 2025
Welcome, Adventurers The Bean Adventure Agency is ready to take you on the bizarre (mis)adventures of Tango Rio ā a humble mailman whoās unwillingly shipped off to Polynesia. An epic adventure⦠Well, not quite. Itās a point-and-click game. But itās crafted with love, drawn entirely by hand, and weāll be documenting it step by step in this captainās log. (Alright, itās a devlog. But ācaptainās logā just sounds cooler.) How did we get here? Back in 2020, we lit the spark, without knowing how to do pretty much anything. After years of work (and plenty of mistakes), we launched a Kickstarter campaign in 2024 that turned out to be a success (thanks to many of you). It gave us the push we needed to keep going. (Some rewards are still available through a Late Pledge so, yeah... think about it.) Now here we are, not just to make a game, but to share the journey with you, all the way to the finaā¦
