• Minor balance patch - 8 May 2026

  Wave 3-1, 3-2 and 3-4 now has slightly less HP. The Bull now has slightly cheaper upgrade costs.

• Well Keeper is now released! - 23 April 2026

  It started as a part-time project in August 2023, where I prototyped flappy movement mechanics in a metroidvania / survivor-like context. A year later, I had dropped the metroidvania part but the flappy movement remained. The idea of the mouse in the well started to take shape and it was beginning to look like a shoot 'em up. After another two years of development and playtesting, the game finally settled into what it is today.Thanks everyone who supported the project along the way!

• Well Keeper gets updated demo for Steam Next Fest - 13 February 2026

  This improved demo lets you experience the flappy bullet hell and eight of the full game’s 24 upgradeable “Wishes”. Each run is limited to 20 minutes and you can play as many runs as you like, letting you try different upgrades and strategies.You can play it on Steam Deck or PC using controller or keyboard.
