  Fixed error with certain missions that prevented the save from loading.

• Boney Fix + Bandage Passive + Easier Passive Unlocks - 9 July 2026

  Boney's mission is fixed and should unlock. Added the "Bandage" passive, which helps against Bleed Changed how specific passives unlock - Heat vest - Bubble Goose - Gully boots - Hazmat There used to be a crafting element to these passives, but it was never really clear how to do it, and this is more in line with how the game design works, now it's a mission each, for more info, look at Passive Unlocks at the TV after buying the upgrade from Farooq.

  Boney (the skelecat survivor) is immune to poison now (like other skeletons) Fixed a weird gap in the Proving Grounds map Removed bleed immunity from Grisly Bear (the bear is strong against most things) Fatboi Sharif now has blood rage during Special Skill Keeping a Survivor with you now gains $3/s, (which you get when you Extract them) Survivors kept alive when the game is won count as "Extracted".

• A quick update - Release Window, MAGFest - 25 November 2025

  Hey folks!Shawn here, and I wanted to say, as always, a huge thank you to everyone playing our demo and giving feedback. I wanted to announce that we’re officially moving the game to early 2026. That means between January and February. We wanted to get it out this year, but various things got in the way. One thing was we wanted to deliver a more complete experience, and we're excited to deliver it!In October we dropped our most expansive trailer yet, showing 4 of the biomes including the animal filled Park and the toxic wasteland of Downtown. We also showed new playable characters, like Pumpkin the cat, new enemies, like the roaming hordes of Special Forces in Downtown, and several bosses, including the massive Rat Mom alt boss for the subway.   0.0.174 Hello fighters of Beatdown City! Thank you to everyone who has been playing our demo! The feedback has been amazing. If you haven't, make sure to grab it today! Yesterday we launched a new trailer showing off what's possible in the demo, including one of the midbosses and the stage boss. Today we're releasing our first update for the Beatdown City Survivors demo that brings a lot of improvements, upgrades, and some bug fixes. We’re always down for recommendations (like auto attack auto-targeting), but please keep them respectful. Also to note, because this is a demo, it doesn't appear that we can associate patch notes with it, so here they are! Changes and Fixes Missions Added a “Mission ticker” so it’s clearer in game what your first goals should be. Mission ticker counts up as you achieve your goal.
