• Portmaster build release Rise of the Penguins GB - 2 January 2026

  forgot to mention but the portmaster build of the game got released here which I suppose is mainly for added visibility for more people to potentially find the game. So now on a retro handheld can play this build instead of the .gb file if wanted to.

• Preparing for android release added a few more menus - 2 December 2025

  I made it sort of look like a purple gameboy. I could make it so you change the color but we'll see. I mostly added the controls so you can remap the controls as well as making it look nicer the buttons. main thing is getting the mobile controls ready for android though

• KS Background Overhaul Done Rise of the Penguins GB - 29 April 2025

  This includes the levels 1-6 and most of their backgrounds. does not include some of the boss backgrounds and the extras section and the 2 extra levels. For the export changed it to using this godoboy extension and template and it only there wasn't a mac export so now there is only linux and windows export versions. Can just download the rom file or play on the browser if on mac. For Context there was a small kickstarter to overhaul the backgrounds in the game. When i put it on steam in January it only had the first 2 levels done. Now it is all 6 Credit to Artist Michirin for excellent work!: https://michirin.itch.io/ And to the ks backers small community of 6 backers ty for support.
