Immigration Policies Now, based on your ideology you can set immigration policy laws, being able to spend money to increase or decrease your population. Good for if you want to balance out your population before a major terraforming project / building. This is what each immigration policy does: PROMOTE DEPORTATION: -0.2k Money, -0.3k Population PROMOTE IMMIGRATION: -0.2k Money, +0.3k Population Decision Balancing I noticed decisions were not used very often unless for vaccination or terraforming, and therefore I buffed some of the decisions, making them much more worth it and valuable. For example, I increased the tackle crime decision to reduce crime by 25 points. There are some more for you to all check out. Otherwise, enjoy Red Horizon!
