  Fixed an issue where game time was not always tracked correctly. This could prevent certain playtime-based achievements from unlocking. Playtime is only counted while the game is the active window.

  It's probably about time for a bigger visual update!For quite some time now, I've been working on adding Steam Workshop support to Hit and Stand Blackjack. The goal is to allow players to create, use, and share their own custom backgrounds for the game.It turned out to be a much larger project than I initially expected. The biggest challenge wasn't actually a bug at all. After a lot of troubleshooting, I discovered that Steam requires Steam Cloud to be enabled in order for Workshop uploads to function properly.Since Steam Cloud had to be enabled anyway, it made sense to take full advantage of it. As a result, I've also updated the game's save system, which means save files will now automatically sync through Steam Cloud.In addition to Workshop support and cloud saves, this update also includes a number of smaller improvements and optimizations.The update is expected to roll out this wee…

• Achievement Fix + Save Settings Overhaul - 22 May 2025

  Upcoming Patch – Achievement Fixes, New Music & Settings Reset Hi everyone! A new update is scheduled to go live on 🗓️ 2025-05-22 at 20:00 (CET / Swedish time). Thanks so much for your patience — I’ve been away on a short holiday for a few days, but I’m back now and ready to roll out an important update. This patch addresses a number of issues with the Achievement system, adds new music, and resets the way settings are saved — which helps support multiple users more reliably going forward. What’s Changing "Quit While Ahead" was not unlocking correctly for some players due to a bug where the system missed the unlock trigger. This has been fixed. The Achievement Manager now automatically syncs with Steam every 5 minutes — so if an achievement doesn’t register right away, it will be retried in the background. A final sync now runs when you quit the game, ensuring any just-earned achieveme…
