• Demo 2.0 now available! - 29 July 2026

  In the past year I have made great progress in my development of the game proper. It was time to reflect this progress in the demo so it's more up to date and better shows what the actual game will be like.So, the new Demo 2.0 is now live! Featuring a completely new area made from the ground up, as well as major new features and mechanics, updated player character models, sweeping UI improvements, and a whole bunch of bugfixes.Please consider giving the newly updated demo a try!

• On to continue work on the main game! - 26 July 2025

  Some months ago, the free Demo for Threaded Dungeons released. Since then I've received a lot of helpful feedback and suggestions and I've worked hard on polishing the Demo further by updating the UI, adding new classes, fixing bugs and adding other visual improvements. With the latest update I feel the Demo is in a good spot and I can shift my focus back onto the game proper.There is a lot done for the main game already, and now I will continue to develop it further. All acts are playable and the golden path is complete, but what's missing is most of the visuals which will be my focus in the coming future. As development for the game progresses, some changes will most likely affect the Demo as well in which case I'll make sure to update it as well.I hope you get a chance to try out the new-and-improved Demo, and please let me know what you think if so!

• Threaded Dungeons Demo - Class roster grows to 8! - 19 June 2025

  Two more classes have found their way into the world of Threaded Dungeons, rounding out the roster of available classes to 8!The Illusionist, who, when stargazing one night, received profane wisdom from the cosmos. Awakened to this new order of reality, they can harness the power of the stars on the battlefield. The nature of this knowledge, however, was so deeply disturbing to a mortal being that they vowed to never glimpse the sky again and donned a helm and harness crafted from stone. The Illusionist can choose how much of the cosmos-granted wisdom they accept, increasing the efficacy of their abilities but also leaving themselves more vulnerable to the rattling effect of such knowledge.After a lifetime of sour luck, the Gambler struck a deal with the Lady of Luck, who bestowed upon them an enchanted silver coin. • Threaded Dungeons Demo - Two new classes! - 23 May 2025

  Two new classes have found their way into the world of Threaded Dungeons! The Artificer, who possesses arcane knowledge of synthesis, a process which sees mundane items turned into combat effects. While normally completely random, the Artificer can attempt to pick and choose a more suitable item for synthesis in combat, though such time-consuming actions might end in unfavorable results in the heat of battle. 'Within', two siblings intertwined as a result of a severe curse - one a primordial, raging monstrosity and the other a prison of flesh that contains it. The latter can choose to channel the former's terrible power to grow pieces of flesh, bone and other organic material to rain destruction on the battlefield in a process called shaping. • Threaded Dungeons Demo - Updated look - 5 May 2025

  After releasing the Demo for Threaded Dungeons a bit over a month ago, I have been busy working on a big UI update for the game based on the feedback received from those who played it. This update is now ready to be experienced in the brand new build for the Demo! The build also includes minor balance changes, text improvements/additions, a new model for the final boss and various bugfixes.
