This update brings a few stability fixes. In the coming weeks, there will be a couple more updates focusing on further improving existing features, including much more customization to exporting. Added better explanation to the encryption dialog, as well as backup buttons. Added automatic configuration recovery in case it somehow corrupts, which is a rare bug. Fix crash when loading certain documents. Fix invalid counting in word statistics in certain situations. Fix a bug where the text area's padding is invalid on first startup.

You've been asking for features, and we're happy to bring them to you. The Steam forums have been busy, and so have we. Thanks for all the feedback and suggestions so far! Added the ability to put notes in folders (tags). Right click a note and click "Set tag" to set its tag. Note models now have an "Edit" option when right clicking it in the notes list. Allow italic text in between quotes, "like this". Fixed weird artifacts in some exports. Spell checking label now has a hand cursor (like a link) to make it more clear that it's click-able.

As of this update, Nimble Writer is also available DRM-free on Itch.io. Steam users have been asking for a DRM-free version for a while, and we'll be looking into giving all Steam users the ability to get the Itch.io version for free, so look forward to that in the future. Improved crash reporting to provide with better information in some startup crashes. Fixed random name generator only generating "James Smith" and "Mary Smith" for some users. Fixed some issues when importing RTF files. Fixed errors when exporting to Epub when embedding images. Fixed the panel resizing slider disappearing sometimes. Fixed note model icon not loading from nwd files. Fixed a lot of small rare crashes throughout Nimble Writer. Fixed crash when using user notes, such as character notes. Fixed crash when opening nwd files from Windows Explorer. Removed the "No results" alert when no search results have been found.
