Hey everyone! I'm excited to finally share a big piece of news: Space Base Defense will launch on November 16th. That day also happens to be my birthday, which makes this milestone feel even more special. This project has been a year and a half of solo development. When I started, I had one daughter, now I have two. Building this game while learning to be a parent twice over has been one of the most challenging experiences of my life. There were stretches where motivation was hard to find and progress felt stagnant. Sometimes it felt impossible to finish what I started. But step by step, things came together. Today, I’m incredibly proud of the challenges I overcame and what Space Base Defense has become. See you on November 16th!

This is my very first post here on Steam, so first off, welcome, and thank you for taking an interest in my game!Space Base Defense is a base defense project I’ve been building for a while now. It started as a small idea, something I chipped away at during quiet moments between work and family life. Back then, I had one daughter. Now, I have two.In many ways, the game has grown up alongside my family. It’s been built during late nights, short nap windows, the small gaps between bottles, bedtime stories, and everyday chaos, all while balancing a full-time job. Every wave system, every turret mechanic, every UI pass has been crafted in those moments.
