  This hotfix introduces several improvements and bug fixes for Quest & Quarrel:Improved Bot Logic Bots now play more thoughtfully and make better overall decisions.More Transparency in Chat When the Amulet of Zeal is used, the chat now clearly shows which player targeted which player.Bug Fix for “Captain” Encounter Fixed an issue where only two out of three available adventures could be selected during the Captain encounter.UI Improvement for “The Halfling” The Cursed icon has been repositioned to make it clearer which player it belongs to.Minor Text Adjustments Several small text improvements for better clarity and consistency.I hope you enjoy the improvements in Quest & Quarrel — and as always, let me know what you think!

  Over the next few days, I’ll be closely following your feedback and playing a lot myself to quickly react to bugs, unclear mechanics, or balancing issues. • Quest & Quarrel – Release on January 23 - 17 January 2026

  The wait is almost over: Quest & Quarrel will officially launch on Steam on January 23.After many months of development, testing and feedback, I’m excited to finally share the game with you. Thank you to everyone who supported and tested the game along the way.Right now I’m still fixing a few localization issues to make sure all texts are as clear and consistent as possible at launch. Minor fixes may also follow shortly after release.Feedback is very welcome: Please use the Steam Community Hub – “Feedback & Bug Reports” section to share bugs, issues or suggestions. This helps me track and improve things much faster.This is just the beginning. In the coming weeks, additional updates are planned, including new items, adventures and encounters.January 23 is the starting point. I’m looking forward to your first games.

  Quest & Quarrel is a small game through which I’m fulfilling a childhood dream.The game has now reached a point where I’m excited to finally share it with you.In Quest & Quarrel, you set out as a group of adventurers, working together to complete quests and earn glory.But not everyone at the table is playing fair.Among you are traitors, secretly working to sabotage your plans. And at some point, one crucial question arises:Who at the table can you really trust?The first playtests with friends were chaotic, loud, and full of mischief.
