  Hello everyone! Here we are with our very first Steam Dev Update! 🎉 Some lovely members of our Discord community suggested that we post updates on Steam more often, and of course we listened. From now on, I'll be sharing regular development updates here to keep you informed about our progress. I usually post weekly updates on Discord and write more detailed development blogs on Patreon (most of which are free), but I realized I haven't been sharing enough here on Steam. Time to change that! Character CreatorWe're currently working on the Character Creator phase of our roadmap. A lot of time has gone into finding the right workflow, but we've finally reached a point where almost all of the underlying logic is in place.   Roadmap: Upcoming iterationsWe’ve created a brand-new roadmap that shows what we’re currently working on. Over the past year, we’ve built the world of Giddy Up. We explored various options and functionalities, improved the game design document, wrote 20 chapters of the main story quests, and much more.We created a wide range of assets, landscaped the locations you’ll be able to visit, and researched how to set up core systems for future development. Now that the basic implementations are in place, we’ve moved on to the next development phase: the Character Creator.We’re taking the time to develop each iteration carefully, so you can experience the best version of Giddy Up.
