- #3 - Ballotoro is released. What's next? - 12 July 2025
🚨So Ballotoro is a short, chaotic game about rolling a ball. It's out now.It was built in just one month, and while I don’t expect it to sell long-term, I’m genuinely happy to see people playing it.Ballotoro taught me a lot about game development. It’s simple, messy, and fast — and that’s exactly what I feel "fun".Before this, I was working on a much bigger project called End Turn.It had a unique idea, and I pushed "hard" trying to make something grand. But a year flew by, and I burned out. It stalled. Now, after finishing Ballotoro, I finally feel like maybe I could return to End Turn —But this time with a better foundation and a clearer mind(Actually, I don't know what my brain is doing sometimes.)What’s next? Not sure yet. But I’m moving forward. Thanks for trying out Ballotoro — even a short game means a lot when someone chooses to play it.Ha, ha… One day.--flatcat
- A pause for something new - 14 June 2025
I'm going to keep this simple.I’m officially halting development on this project. It’s not because I gave up — it’s because I found something that hits harder, flows better, and genuinely excites me to wake up and build: Ballotoro.I’ve changed a lot as a game designer since I started this game. What I want to make now feels different — more focused, more me. Ballotoro is where all that momentum is going. If you were here for this project, thank you. Every bit of feedback and support helped me figure out what matters. I’m not throwing any of it away — just rerouting the energy toward something I believe in more.If you want to know more about Ballotoro, click here-flatcat

- DevLog #1 - Introduction - 5 May 2025
Devlog #1 – Progress Update by FlatCat Hello, I’m FlatCat, a solo dev working on End Turn, an auto deckbuilding game. Still figuring things out — you know how it is. I’ve always liked dungeon crawlers, but they’re often bloated. I also enjoy deckbuilders and survivor-likes — fast, back-to-back action. End Turn blends those into short, semi-idle sessions where you manage and tweak your deck. Save/load and UI are done. The loop feels good. What’s missing is content: upgrades, passives, proper enemies. Right now, they’re just HP bars — but even so, it plays surprisingly well. This started as a 3D real-time card battler with AI summons. It got out of hand. I scrapped it and refocused on the current version you are seeing. Next step: first full playtest to see what breaks. If that sounds interesting, wishlist the game. More updates coming. – FlatCat
