We have a small but important update to share with everyone who has been following Rose Academy.The game is done. The writing is done. The art is done. We are genuinely ready to open the doors of the Academy.But here's the thing — the last week of March is one of the busiest release windows on Steam every year. Dozens of games launch in those final days of Q1, and in that kind of crowd, even a game people are excited about can get lost before it has a chance to find its audience.Rose Academy deserves better than that. And honestly, so do you — you've been patient, you've wishlisted, some of you have been following us for a long time. We’ve just released an updated version of the demo.What’s new:Added more clues and shifted the focus slightly more toward the detective gameplayReworked the novel’s text: it’s now shorter, clearer, and more direct, so players can grasp the essentials faster and streamers have less to readLaid the groundwork for new demo content, which we plan to release shortly before Steam Next FestA few small cosmetic improvementsThank you for playing and sharing feedback — it really helps us shape the game. Hello, friends! We’d like to share some recent changes:🔹 A new relationship tracking tab has been added to the detective’s journal. It’s meant to help you better navigate relationships with the heroines. If you prefer not to see this information — you can simply ignore this tab. 🔹 We’ve added point-and-click mechanics for searches and investigations. You can see it in action in the demo while examining the crime scene. There will be more of this in the full game. 🔹 We slightly adjusted the proportions of some sprites so they look better in-game.✅ All of these changes are already live in the demo! ⚠️ We strongly recommend reinstalling the game completely to avoid potential issues.🔹 We’ve decided to fully drop the Japanese localization for the main game — unfortunately, interest from Japan is extremely low (only 3 wishlists out of ~2600), and we lack experience promoting on that marke…

🎉 Dev Update!We’re almost done with Day 3 out of 4 in the investigation! This day adds tons of new clues — during room searches, camera footage reviews, and interrogations. But the biggest change is the branching story: trying to uncover one character’s storyline might close off another, cutting you off from certain clues and making the case even more challenging 👀We’ve also finished the Chinese and English translations for Day 2! As for the Japanese version — we decided to postpone it for now, since wishlist interest from Japanese players is quite low, and we want to focus our efforts on finishing the game first.Oh, and we’ve just reached 1200 wishlists on Steam! 🥳 Huge thanks to everyone who added the game — you’re helping us get closer to release! ❤️
