  This small patch updates the game dictionary, and .exe. It does NOT effect your saved game files.

  REMEMBER to BACK UP any player-created SOURCE database and player-created TALENT database as well as any player-created TALENT IMAGES you are using. These are in your PLAYER PATH folder that you selected during the game's installation. THEN: 1. BE SURE you have backed up or moved any game files you want to keep. SAVED GAME files are invalid so do not save them. 2. Uninstall Hollywood Mogul 4 Playtest from Steam 3. DELETE your PLAYER PATH game folder (example: \MyDocuments\HollywoodMogul4 ... delete the \HollywoodMogul4 folder). 4. Install Hollywood Mogul 4 Playtest. This version will writer over your Character Database to bring it up to the current version which changed since yesterday. LOL. This should be the last time that will happen.   Please follow these instructions exactly, and in this order: NOTE THAT Player Path refers to the folder you selected when you installed the Playtest version. STEAM PATH is the actual location where Steam puts files. 1. Move (or make a backup copy) of any player-created talent database, player-created source database, talent image file, and character database if you have created one (it's in your PLAYER PATH \SourceFile folder. 2.UNINSTALL the Playtest version of Hollywood Mogul 4. 3. DELETE your PLAYER PATH \HollywoodMogul4 folder. (Ex. if the PLAYER PATH folder you selected is in \MyDocuments, you go to that folder and find the \HollywoodMogul4 sub-folder. ONLY delete the\HollywoodMogul4 sub-folder). 4. INSTALL the Playtest version of Hollywood Mogul 4 from your Steam app. 5.   Please do the following: Uninstall the Playtest version from your library. Back up, or move any player-created Talent or Source database you have. Delete the \HollywoodMogul4 folder you created when you first installed the Playtest version. When you have done these things, please Install the Playtest version. I need this version Playtested very hard, please. I want 10 days in a row with no major bugs. So find the bugs! Thank you very much for your help and patience with this Update. I'm really grateful.   Please completely Uninstall the Playtest version of HM4. If you are using a custom talent database, MOVE it to a \Temp folder. If you are using a custom source database, MOVE it to a \Temp folder. If you are using talent images, MOVE the talent image folder to a \Temp folder. DELETE the \HollywoodMogul4 folder from the folder YOU selected to finalize the install process. Then, re-install Playtest Hollywood Mogul 4. IF YOU ARE USING A CUSTOM TALENT DATABASE IT WILL NOT WORK WITH THIS UPDATE VERSION. CONTACT ME ON Discord or the Community Forums.   You will have to delete your saved game files. This Upload fixes all known bugs, especially Cross-Over sequel contracts, and Talent notifications they are available for projects already with a Greenlight. Bungalows are now available and Talent will bring you projects they want to produce. Directors, in addition to their friends, will also try to work with talent from projects they've already done, if the talent performance was high enough. Have fun. And test, test, test!   You have to delete your saved games. In this version you can: - Set Bonus Features. The box office needs tweaking, but at least you can start testing this. - Open the Bungalows. You cannot yet put a talent into a Bungalow because the Agent Deals need tweaking, but you can see where I'm going with it. All known bugs have been fixed.
