  ENDLESS MODEAdded a new structure in one of the empty expanse areas in the Dead zone sector that allows players to access the Endless Mode. In endless mode you do not lose items on death and resources are not consumed over time. Endless mode contains exclusive rewards for surviving long enough.ACTIVE MODSEndless mode will give the player Active mods. These mods can be put in the empty slots of the systems menu to give your ship access to active abilities. 4 have been added to this update. Allocating power to these empty slots will shorten the cooldown of these abilities.NEW CONSUMABLESNew consumable items can be crafted and slotted into the systems menu to grant temporary buffs. • The Endless Update is Coming Tomorrow - 31 August 2026

  So I've renamed the Sandbox update to the endless update because it felt more fitting. The update is basically ready I just need to do some bug testing and record the trailer. If all goes well the update should come out tomorrow night (technically tonight because I'm writing this at 3 am est) . I wont spoil much but lets just say the new update will feature a game mode meant to test even the most powerful of ships and builds along with some new items and mods for you guys to play around with. I'm excited for you guys to get your hands on it tomorrow. I will also be releasing a roadmap for future updates shortly after releasing the Endless update

• Dev Update 2 - 22 July 2026

  Hey there Voyagers, the first major update for Lone Voyage is about 50% complete and is on track for a release before the end of August. Around the time of its release I will also be posting a roadmap for Lone Voyage's early access period. I'm very excited for you guys to get your hands on this update. It should add a sizeable amount of content especially if you enjoy build crafting and experimenting. That's all for now this is a relatively quick update but ill be posting more soon. • Development Update - 4 July 2026

  Hello Voyagers, I just wanted to pop in and give some updates on what i'm currently working on for Lone Voyage. Patches have slowed down for now because I believe the game is in a mostly fixed state. Still buggy but nothing game breaking. So Ive moved to working on the first major update for Lone Voyage currently named the Sandbox Update. This update will aim to give the game a bunch of polish and QOL changes to make the game look and feel better while also adding a selection of new mods, a new mod type, a new item type, some new easter eggs, and a special point of interest that will give players a new replayable activity to test there builds on. I cannot give a exact release date but I'm aiming to launch the update before the end of August, hopefully even earlier if everything goes well. • Patch 0.12 - 27 June 2026

  1.The personal storage box no longer spawns if you already have it unlocked 2.The light on the containment door no longer persists after the containment door it opened 3.The Invert Control Box now starts with the correct display 4.Fixed a bug where crafting mechanical parts would not consume steel when the steel was placed in the middle slot of the crafting inventory 5.Fire Groups are now saved and no longer reset. 6.Fire points for all weapons have been repositioned meaning all weapons should be able to effectively fire at a wider range without projectiles getting caught on your ship as often.

  Hello everyone, i've just returned from the GDC in San Francisco and I have a lot to talk about. First of all the early access release date for Lone Voyage has been changed from Q1 2026 to June 23rd 2026. This change will give me a bit of extra time to make the game as good as it can be for early access. A demo will be released a few weeks before the early access release. Additionally in the coming weeks I will be releasing a new trailer and devlog for the game so keep your eyes peeled for that. Thank you for your patience, I will keep you all updated as I prepare for Lone Voyage's early access release.
