  Hi all, Finally the Demo for Driven Out is on STEAM Please check it out here: Driven Out Store Page Here is some information: Driven Out is a challenging 2d side-scroller with deliberate combat and beautiful 16 bit retro aesthetic. Our Heroine is forced from her home into a dangerous world in upheaval. Forced to fight dangerous fantastical creatures. Luckily our heroine has stumbled upon a magical contraption that creates copies of herself if she perishes. As long as this strange device has power she can place custom checkpoints. However, be warned, it is a fragile device and if the enemies choose to attack the device it will quickly break. These enemies are numerous and varied in this seamless world. Our heroine has no combat experience but as long as she keeps her wits about her and read the enemies moves she can prevail. The enemies are also not without wit and might choose to attack…

  Balance changes to A Bastard's Tale. Primary, the last boss been updated so it will be harder to exploit a previous weakness. Furthermore, some minor speed changes to the attacks of several enemies on level 2 and 3. Finally, thanks the community for all your great support!

• Free Content for A Bastard's Tale - 7 May 2016

  Updates include Second level - One enemy has been given more protection. I.e a shield. - Enemy placements have been updated. - The boss has been nerfed. The number of rage quits on the second level has been alarming. To somewhat counteract this nerf other enemies have become harder. Third Level - New Enemy! - The boss has become harder since he no longer staggers. With this third update A Bastard’s Tale now have over 20 unique enemies to overcome.

  A Bastard’s Tale has been given a number of updates to improve gameplay including a brand new enemy. Furthermore, a number of enemies have been tweaked. The player characters move-set have also been slightly tweaked making the left hand attack slower. The changes to the game have primary been made to make the game more fun and to remove some exploits. As for the specific updates (spoilers for new players) - Pole fighter on level 3 move more versatile, hit quicker, and has a longer pole. - Enemy placements on level 4 have been changed. - The troll on level 4 have gotten a longer stick. - New enemy on level 4. Further updates will come in the future.
