  • v1.1.4 - 26 August 2026

Here's the roadmap ### New- **Build Config**: prestige points now buy permanent *compilation flags* that survive every prestige. Six flags compete for five slots, so something is always left on the table- **Shop drag-purchase (Machine)**: components drag from the palette straight onto an empty cell, into a storage container (or its open panel), or onto a level-1 twin as an instant merge — the drag ghost is the real cube, and purchases pay the same scaled price as the buy button.- **Factory progress bar**: factories show the same cycle bar as he garbage collector a bar stuck at full reads as "blocked" (no power, or grid full).- **Project codenames**: projects are named "recursive allocator"-style instead of "*language* Project *n*" (which repeated the LV tag sitting next to it); the language moved to its own header tag.- **Storage panels QoL**: several storage panels can be open at once…

  • v1.1.2 - 1 August 2026

    ### New - **Garbage collector quality-of-life**: its area of effect is drawn directly on the grid (dashed outline), clicking anywhere on its panel row swaps the collected type (not just the icon), and a timer bar tracks the collection cycle.- **Storage → trash**: stored cubes can be dragged from the storage panel straight to the trash.- **Code window controls**: manually scrolling back pauses autoscroll instead of fighting it, and the AI assistant gets its own pause button.- **Theme Pack modal**: a one-shot modal with a live theme preview greets the player at game open, selling the Themes DLC.- **End-of-demo modal** (demo builds): finishing the demo content shows a modal pitching the released game and opens the Steam overlay on the store page. ### Balance - **Achievement thresholds**: 49 achievements whose thresholds were unreachable at any realistic horizon were re-thresholded to audit…

  • v1.1.1 hotfix - 27 July 2026

    Hotfix for project difficulty

  • v1.1.0 - 27 July 2026

    ## v1.1.0 - 2026-07-27 ### Warning - Some achievements are still broken, but it will be retroactive and should be fixed in the next release. Steam has finally lifted the achievements limit from 100 to 5k+ (even in this release, some achievements are still not wired). And I still need to balance some achievements. ### New - **Merge Queue Defense** replaces the CODE REVIEW tab, rebuilt from scratch as a defense mode: suspicious PRs ride a conveyor belt as enemies and your review agents shoot them down before the merge point. Combat capabilities unlock through a 7-milestone ladder and must be claimed, the upgrade shop assembles itself as capabilities come online, crits land at ×1.5 with chance/damage upgrades, and runs are fueled by LGTM, a run-local currency. Weights earned per run feed a RETRAINING panel. CODE QUALITY exports a production-wide multiplier, PIPELINE speeds up spawns, MEMOR…

  • Update 1.0.5 - 19 July 2026

    ## v1.0.5 ### New - **Founder Discord rewards**: new in-game modal to claim a Discord role with a `/founder` code (tiers based on progression), with the slash command registered on the bot and the backend in Cloud Functions. The modal now auto-opens at launch until the player has seen it once. - **Hide maxed upgrades**: an eye toggle in the upgrades header hides upgrades that are already maxed (persisted in `useAppStore`). - **Machine unlock rebalance**: satellite uplink now unlocks at firmware 3 (no longer gated behind the heat-sink), storage moves to firmware 4. ### Fixes - **Linux / Steam Deck launch crash**: the game now forces GTK 3 — Electron 36 defaulted to GTK 4 on GNOME while the Steam overlay preloads GTK 2/3 symbols, aborting at launch with `Gtk-ERROR`. - **Machine drag & drop dead on Windows**: CSS mutations during `dragstart` made Chromium cancel the drag; fixed in `GridCel…

  • Update #3 - 16 July 2026

New - Feedback becomes a conversation: the feedback widget is now two-way messaging - UI scale setting: new interface scale option (75% → 150%) in Settings - Bulk buy preview: with the X10/X100/MAX multiplier, every upgrade now shows the cumulative effect of the batch ("7 → 20 chars/key") and its exact total cost, plus a "+N" badge. Fixes - Bulk buying (reported by Vorza): File Upload, Project Speed and Overclock Slots showed a wrong approximate cost, stayed clickable without enough funds, and only bought ~7 out of 10 levels. They now show the exact cost, disable when the full batch isn't affordable, and buy exactly the advertised amount. One-time unlocks (Project, Code Review, Training Files) now purchase only once at the real cost, Training Files could even be charged multiple times when clicking fast. - Invisible window when leaving fullscreen (Windows): the window could shrink to 0×…

  • Update #2 after launch - 14 July 2026

Small list of issues that should now be fixed: - Multiple instance of the window when alt-tab - Machine components not being draggable - Couple of small UI improvements

  • Update #1 following release - 14 July 2026

Fix bugs: - Tooltip for golden file - Windowed mode is now draggable - Fix agents exp that made the game crash

  • GameRelease.cpp - 13 July 2026

It compiles. It ships. Today. You wishlisted an idle game about coding, here's what that actually means: every keystroke writes real code. Type to earn chars, ship files, hire an AI swarm that types for you, prestige for permanent multipliers, and end up running a Machine that codes so you don't have to. What's in the Early Access build today: The full loop: TYPE → PROJECT → REVIEW → MACHINE from your first keystroke to a self-coding factory Debug real bugs, review PRs, manage your tech debt (yes, it has gameplay consequences) 6 AI agents with overclock, a skill tree with infinite nodes, 11 language specializations 100 Steam achievements, English + French, full Steam Deck support -12% launch week. The price might rise with the full release of the game. Early Access means the game is complete and balanced today, and it grows from here: weekly patches, and your feedback decides what ships…

  • Big UI Overhaul, New Themes, Reworked Screens, Smoother Everything - 6 May 2026

Hey,Launch is about a couple month away, and I wanted to ship one big polish update before then. Over the last few weeks, I rebuilt most of the UI from scratch and added a theme system. The demo on Steam now has all of it live, give it a spin and let me know what feels off. Quick rundown of what's new:🎨 New Theme System The game now ships with 3 themes: Terminal SacréYou're now in the matrix itself (maybe you are the matrix?) Glitch BrutalistWelcome to 2077Console AnalogiquePlay like you're using a cathodic screenYou can switch themes anytime from the Settings menu. The default theme is Terminal Sacré, but I'd genuinely love to know which one you prefer. 🪟 Reworked Project WindowThe Project Window was the most-clicked screen in the demo, but the layout was cramped, and progression info was buried. I rebuilt it from scratch: Cleaner hierarchy, current project, files, and progress are n…
