About this game
A side-scrolling psychological horror where you only walk ←. This time set inside a supermarket after closing hours! ■ABOUT THIS GAME With over 150 million views across related videos, Tsugunohi has become a cult phenomenon online. In Tsugunohi, the story unfolds simply by moving the protagonist to the left—a minimalist yet chilling style of Japanese horror. This time, Tsugunohi -Supernatural Supermarket-, set inside a supermarket after closing hours, arrives on Steam as a standalone title! As always in the Tsugunohi series, all you need to do is move the protagonist to the left. With no complex controls, you can fully immerse yourself in the realistic and uncanny horror crafted by ImCyan. Once you clear the game, a hidden scenario linked to real-world time will unlock—ushering in even more terrifying moments. For this standalone release, a special Art & Setting Archive has been added, allowing you to explore the creation background and deeper worldbuilding. When you finally understand the meaning behind the eerie language, a new, deeper layer of fear will strike you… ■STORY Yumi Kiritachi, a high-school girl working part-time at a supermarket, notices that shoplifting incidents have recently increased. Time passes without catching the culprit—but it seems the one taking the products may not be human at all… ■PROFILE Tsugunohi Series ImCyan is an indie game creator known for producing numerous horror titles. His most iconic work is the Tsugunohi series. The hallmark of the series is its simple mechanic: “just walk left.” While walking along everyday locations—your usual route home, your workplace—the player experiences everyday life gradually swallowed by creeping dread. Savor the slow descent as ordinary life becomes increasingly unsettling. ■Notice of DLC Page Unpublishing The store page for the DLC version of Tsugunohi -Supernatural Supermarket- will be unpublished on December 18, 2025, at 7:00 AM. ■For those who have already purchased the DLC version of Tsugunohi -Supernatural Supermarket- If you have already purchased Tsugunohi -Supernatural Supermarket- as DLC for Tsugunohi, you do not need to purchase it again from this store page.
