About this game
When a mysterious disturbance in the space-time continuum is detected on a distant planet, Paradox Patrol Officer Conway sets out to investigate. As he journeys to locate the source, the dimensions of reality begin to shift and Conway must quickly adapt to survive. What begins as a routine mission quickly escalates into a universal threat. Paradox Patrol celebrates the history of video game genres while also innovating on them. Gameplay naturally switches between various perspective genres and even introduces a brand new one – the world's first 360 side-scroller, an innovative system that gives an amount of control and precision aiming never before seen in a video game. Key Features: Explore a Beautiful, Yet Deadly Planet – Navigate through the treacherous terrain of planet Signis B with precise platforming, using a combination of jump, dash and grapple hook mechanics. Face Challenging Enemies – As you explore the planet you will encounter and be forced to fight or evade a wide variety of alien life. The boss fights provide a tough but fair challenge as you must adapt to unique enemy AI that can alter Conway's combat abilities. Evolving Gameplay – Venturing to the paradox triggers events that evolve the gameplay and introduce new dimensions to movement and combat. In order to progress you have to adapt to using the new mechanics you learn along the way.
