  Rumor has it that Mr. Ashfish is a big fan of Asian cartoons and computer games. He's so interested in them that he even ordered a hi-end Japanese computer for an exorbitant price and dragged it into his office at the Distant rehab. These games are pretty specific to the average American citizen. They revolve around controlling insecure office workers and trying to find happiness in their personal lives. Who would even play such nonsense when it's already 1988, and all the normal people are playing Ultima V, F-19 Stealth Fighter, and Police Quest 2?! Or is there some unique charm to this obscure, foreign Asian culture, and is it worth your time to help quiet and reserved 28-year-old office clerk Kevin Miller overcome his difficulties? It's up to you to decide. Well, that is, if you can convince Mr. Ashfish to let you try, of course.

• Important news! - 6 July 2026

  In May, the first part of filming (of a planned three) for "Mr. Ashfish's Distant Rehab" was completed. Over the course of several intense days, a dozen familiar faces passed through the studio and our wonderful team, lending either their likeness or their voices to our game. A huge thank you to each and every one of them! Over the next month, we will be preparing for the continuation of filming.
