Thanks for everyone that provided feedback during its development; I appreciate you all!

- 0.7.7 Update Patch Notes - 16 December 2025
Important Note: With development underway for VR support, launch parameters now automatically include a command line argument that forces the game to run in desktop mode; this may not be present when trying to run the game manually through the executable, so it is not recommended to do so since it will try to start up SteamVR even though it isn’t actually using it yet Changes: Slightly changed how the time limit of Challenge Runs are calculated Decreased alert range of Defender Slightly decreased range at which Sentinel can lose you Fixed bug where challenges may re-generate between successful normal runs Fixed bug with fountains that was making them always have running water instead of having only a random chance of it Fixed typos in a few of the Bibliotheca Infiniti entries

- Roadmap Update (11/13/2025) - 13 November 2025
It's been about a month since "The Deep Library" entered Early Access, and there have been many updates since then, so I thought it'd be good to revisit the roadmap and show the current progress: Several important strides have been made, including: Five entities added -- Since launch, the Sentinel, Warden, Keeper, Defender and Curator have all been added into the game (I ended up swapping the release order of the Defender and Curator). Only the Custodian remains! Increased limit, chamber visuals, and furniture -- At launch, only the first 100 chambers were available. That limit has been increased to 300, and alongside it, extra chamber visuals and furniture to go along with them. There are still a few more sets to go, but once they are done it will also be ready for the limit to be completely removed for the full release. Control customization -- No longer forced to use WASD and Shift!…
- v0.7.3 Update - 12 November 2025
Changes: It is now possible for the Sentinel to lose track of you if you are too far from it; this should make it considerably less oppressive
