- Major update - 9 March 2017
Today is the day where we announce the first major (HUGE) update to Spacecorn, an update so big that it required that we rewrite the WHOLE game from scratch. An update was launched just minutes ago that ported Spacecorn to C, a sizable upgrade from batch which the original game ran on. Ever since the launch of the game we've been battling with antiviruses that falsely flagged our game as a trojan/virus/malware, and if anyone remembers, I wrote in a forum post that it would take a rewrite in another language to avoid such flags. Here's what changed: :SpaceUnicorn: Complete rewrite of the game :SpaceUnicorn: Grammatical fixes :SpaceUnicorn: More text colours :SpaceUnicorn: New save system :SpaceUnicorn: Minor bugfixes :SpaceUnicorn: Fixed route errors :SpaceUnicorn: Further improvements to overall system stability The game still looks largely the same, but it's now much easier to work on…

- (Late) Anniversary Update - 30 September 2016
Can you believe it has already been one year since we released Spacecorn? To celebrate this event (that we totally didn't forget) we updated our game! You can check the changelog and download the entire source code here We heard you loud and clear that many antiviruses keep detecting our game as a virus, hopefully this release will minimize that, but there are still many antiviruses that will flag any .bat file willy nilly. Anyway, we ran our files through Virustotal and a couple of them came positive, we've contacted them to see what we can do to get our files whitelisted, until then you'll just have to do it yourself.

Holy crap, I'm bloody exhausted, but I believe everything is working now. We had a couple problems publishing this update, but I'm 99% certain that everything is working now and if not, just shoot me (osga21) a message and I'll try and sort everything out for you. Well, onto the patch notes: Added an option to change text color Fixed several crashes and redundancies Changed some portions of the text and fixed a few spelling errors P.S.: If you're having trouble starting the game, try deleting the game content, exiting steam, opening steam and reinstalling spacecorn, that should sort things out. If it doesn't, try messing around with your antivirus software. If you have any questions feel free to ask. Once again, I'm terribly sorry for this inconvenience.

Hello everyone, we are aware that Spacecorn has been triggering some anti-viruses, and we just wanted to tell everyone that it's fine, the game is perfectly safe. However, if you don't take our word for it (and you should never take a stranger's word for it), you can check out our source code on Sourceforge .
