If you want to experience what it's like to be a Project Manager, or test your skills as one, this game is for you. Set in a large corporation, you're given the opportunity to lead your first project. Project Manager (Initiation) begins by selecting a character from among predefined Project Managers with varying levels of experience (which also indicates the game's difficulty level). As a newcomer to the company, you'll first need to familiarize yourself with the layout of the rooms and locate key people in the office building with whom you'll collaborate. Your ability to navigate the company will largely determine the success of your time-based tasks. Next, you'll be tasked with collecting key data necessary to create the first project document, the Project Charter. This task is time-limited, depending on the difficulty level of your chosen character. If your chosen character has limited experience (Easy), you don't have to worry about time, but on Hard, there's no time for bad decisions. Completing this series of tasks will also grant you your first promotion on the PM career path. After confirming the project launch with your supervisor, you have a moment to select KickOff materials (you must select the correct set of tasks with a limited number of attempts) and complete training sessions.
