  It’s official; The Doll Shop will be released on next October 12! Right in time for Halloween! It means we have only one month to finish it, haha! XD We’ll do our best! The demo is now available in 4 languages: English, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and French! We hope you’ll enjoy these 30 first minutes from the game. INSPIRATIONS Most of the backgrounds and details in The Doll Shop are directly inspired by our life in Northern Japan. We lived one entire year in Niigata back in 2009-2010 and came back several times during the last 20 years. We brought back many watercolor sketches and pictures and used them for reference when creating this game. MAKING OF Recently, Jay, our Chinese translator (who also works as a 2D animation artist) asked us how we created the 3D scenes in The Doll Shop. The answer is “there is no 3D, it’s a trick!”.   MORE THAN 4000 WISHLISTS! THANK YOU! We have finally reached 4000 wishlists last month! Thank you everyone for your support! Our goal is to obtain between 7000 and 10000 wishlists before the release in next October. Communication is pretty challenging! In fact, this is the huge part left in our planning. As you can see below, the art and the script are competely done. Music, sounds and programming are also almost finished. But communication still requires a lot of work! So far, we contacted many journalists and YouTube channels and we submitted the game to many indie game events. We obtained 2 web articles, 2 YouTube spotlights and were selected by 3 Indie game events.
