• Demo coming out September 23rd! - 19 September 2026

  After months of hard work (and probably too much time passing), we're proud to announce that the demo for Delete the World will be coming out September 23rd at 12:00 pm PST on a Wednesday on planet Earth. It ended up taking us a while longer than we anticipated because we had to write some additional scenes made specifically for the demo and create some artwork for it too.Not only that, but we also programmed an entire fishing minigame along with Steam leaderboard support. In fact, this might be the only Renpy game to ever do that. Kinda crazy. Anyway, please catch some fish and try to fill up the leaderboard. And if something breaks, I'm sorry! We're working in uncharted territory!We've also been updating some of our artwork. Specifically for the cutscenes. • Dev Updates - March 2026 - 23 March 2026

  Two months have passed since we've published our Steam page, and the Delete the World team have been hard at work at making a playable demo. It took a while to get it right, and we even scrapped some early game play mechanics after getting some external feedback from testers (RIP Steam fishing leaderboards). Rest assured, the final demo will still include a fishing minigame, and we're looking forward to showing it off soon! We've also got some cool new things to show off as well!The exact release date for our demo is still unknown, but we're aiming for some time around summer 2026. We're just waiting to hear back to see if we get accepted into some festivals first.~ Thanks for reading!
