Team up with up to 6 companions and stack some crazy synergies. In Maze Mode , dive into random dungeons, grab from 100+ items , and build your own broken combos. Take on 50+ bosses , wipe out viruses, and keep the immune system alive. Experience two totally different ways to play: Mode 1: Survivors-style — every run you lose comes back to fight for you. Your past selves join as companions, fully geared and ready to go. Build a team of up to 6 allies and get stronger with every run. Mode 2: Isaac-style — dive into random dungeons, grab items and gold, and build your own broken combos. Take down bosses and clear the run your way. With 100+ items , you can mix and match different effects to create near-infinite builds. Some items form powerful sets—complete them, and you’ll start steamrolling your runs. But don’t get too comfortable—every boss has its own counter mechanics. Pick your items wisely, adapt your build, and turn even the toughest runs into a clean victory.
