Introduction to Caution! Platforming Ahead Caution! Platforming Ahead begins a tale of sci-fi proportions. Enter Platformo, the hero of our tale. One of many light beings created specifically for the art and sport of platforming. Features 20 challenging scenes with familiar platforming obstacles 4 Different types of jumps! A unique special ability that lets players travel faster throughout scenes. 60+ collectible popcorn kernels await completionists in challenging positions. Unlock an additional character by beating Caution! Platforming Ahead. This character offers new gameplay mechanics and players must use them to traverse all 20 scenes remixed. Personal Best Time Tracking Gamepad and keymapping support Original Soundtrack Achievements Cheats Story On Planet Platform, our hero, Platformo has dominated the "Platforming Games" for seven straight years. Driven by competition, and jealousy, the perennial runner-up, Fringe, begins his annual warm-up to finally become the gold medalist. But on the eve of the eighth Platforming Games, Fringe stumbles across a magic hourglass staff filled with a mysterious yellow substance that would forever change his fate. As Fringe stares at the hourglass staff an unknown voice infiltrates his mind and he falls into a trance. This voice introduces himself as Frightmare and instructs Fringe to ambush Platformo by using the staff to banish him to an obstacle course in another dimension. Continuing his pitch, Frightmare invites Fringe to see the staff's power for himself by using it to visit the obstacle course and prepare it for Platformo's arrival. With this new objective in mind, a brainwashed Fringe does as instructed and visits this other dimension. While there, Fringe uses the staff to populate the obstacle course with traps and magical creatures called Mimics. Once the course is set, Fringe returns to the Planet Platform to ambush Platformo. Fringe quietly lurks behind some birch trees and waits for Platformo to appear during a warm-up of his own.
