Character development is where we explore proportions, silhouettes and body types that will later influence movement, readability and playstyle. At this stage, we’re not polishing, we’re defining the foundation. These early “mugshots” help us test variation across humanoid builds, different physiques and non-human characters.Body structure affects more than appearance.
